Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered coronavirus. (Covid 19). Which have killed millions of people by now and stopped all the normal daily life activities like going to jobs, school or occasionally to malls. Due to all this we now have to wear face mask to go out and that only to bring essential commodities. In this what we are forgetting is that those masks collages hose PPE kits we throw out in blind are harming the nature as well. All those life saving grear is plastic with is already polluting the environment. But, this time there is no one to care for the environment as all of us locked in our home scared of getting infected. We all must try not to dispose them in open or any sure in the reach of a animal

How pollution level got down in lockdown ? The levels of various air pollutants, particularly that of nitrogen dioxide and aerosol particles, decreased considerably during the COVID-19 lockdown period in 41 Indian cities. Analysing satellite data, an international team of researchers found that nitrogen dioxide levels reduced significantly during the lockdown period (25 March 25 to 3 May 2020), compared with the pre-lockdown period since the beginning of 2020. The researchers, including scientists from the Utkal University in Odisha and the Tata Energy Research Institute in New Delhi, analysed data recorded by an instrument onboard the European Space Agency’s Sentinel-5 Precursor satellite. The instrument, designed to quantify the levels of various air pollutants, helped measure the atmospheric levels of nitrogen dioxide and aerosol particles over major Indian cities. The evergreen revolution involves the integration of ecological principles in technology development and dissemination. FROM WHERE THIS IDEA CAME ?? The idea came from green revolution, since the green revolution was limited till Punjab and Haryana but the evergreen revolution is not limited to one or two states it should be implemented all over the nation. Since there were a lot of damage to our nature during green revolution but evergreen revolution not about just taking high yield it about making profit without letting mother nature to suffer. HOW IS IT SUPPOSED TO WORK ?? We will use the latest technology with will reduce the use of water fertilizers and pesticides. Of-course it will require some research and development. we can practice sustainable farming.
